Now this is something worth trying!  Right now I use 10mg Melatonin, which doesn’t seem to really get to sleep per se.  What it does do is make waking up very difficult for me.  I toss and turn for hours, finally get to sleep and then it is like waking up the dead for me.  Will this work better for me?  I mean possible take, go to bed, sleep a good nights sleep and then wake up refreshed?  At this point, it is definitely worth a try!

    I have tried higher doses of melatonin and personally, they have done absolutely nothing for me. You have to keep in mind that it works different for everyone! Though, CBD oil has been proven to help you improve a better sleeping schedule because it works with natural herbs and things and other helpful mechanism that will definitely help you achieve your sleeping goals.

    So glad this post has given you a reason to come back to my website. Mental health in general is such a huge and
    important subject from which we should all take more seriously in times like this. Having to deal with a mental illness is not something to be afraid to deal with. On the contrary, so many people hide their illnesses because they’re afraid of being judged, and I think it’s time to give ourselves and everyone else a chance to let our voices be heard without needing any validation from anyone.

Hello there,  thank you for this very detailed and informative post,  I have read alot about CBD and it seem to be a very good and it’s benefits are so numerous,  I never knew CBD oil could aid sleeping but however I am concern as to how to go about dosage and also if CBD oil is free of any side effect in the human body?

    Please keep in mind that it works different for everyone. The dose that wash individual needs to take it’s on the instructions of the oil. Now, will it have any other effect on your body? I can’t be sure. It all depends on the conditions you already have. If you’ve never tried CBD oil for the first tIme and you’re not sure about it, maybe you should consult your doctor. Just because it’s CBD does NOT mean that it is the actual drug and chemicals used in marijuana. Both of these are extremely different so please don’t get them messed up.
