TikTok helps me forget about my worries. All you need do is start watching one Tiktok video and others will continue to show. That way, I forget about my immediate worries

    I get that technology can enhance anxiety, especially with all this social media stuff. But all this social media stuff can also help a lot and I think we’ve experienced it with covid. For example, my sister lives in Japan with her husband and two kids, and social media really helped us during these three years we couldn’ see her. We suffered from not being able to spend time with her and her family but I don’t feel like I’ve missed out three years of her life either. And that helps a lot!

    Schedule and being able to put everying in a calendar helps me a lot. I don’t have to keep everything in my head and worry I might forget something, I’ll just check my phone.
