Thank you for taking the time, lovely reader! I’m so glad that my post can impact your life in such a huge way. I hope to keep doing so, and I hope you are managing alright everything that may be happening in your life.
Thank you for this blog about boosting mental health. I read your blog about self-loathing and I thought it was great. This one, in my opinion, is even better. Keeping out mental health good and healthy is important because it effects everything in our lives, including relationships with loved one. Headspace is something that I personally use and meditation in the form of rituals is another thing I do every day (or try to do everyday). It’s important that if someone is feeling so down that they want to harm themselves, they should talk to someone. There is no shame in getting help. In fact, I believe people who do that are strong and they realize that they have a need and they are trying to take care of that need. We still have a long way to go, but I am glad our society is starting to realize the importance of mental health.
I could not agree more with you. Finding professional help from someone who knows what they’re doing is a great step towards one’s healing. I hope you’re doing well!
