Hi Stephanie,
Mental health is the source for our good health. Periods of reflection helps us in detaching from the current and look at the opportunity to help our mental health.
Would you recommend meditation in the period of reflection for better results?
What would be your recommendations for scheduling periods ofvreflection- I usually practise that on working days at the end of the week.
Thanks for sharing this thought provoking article.
Regards,
Rohit
Hi Rohit! Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
Personally, I don’t meditate. My anxiety levels are too high and my disassociated self could not handle doing something like that on a daily basis. But again, that’s just me. So many people find mediation to be a high-technique for managing their well-being. It doesn’t matter what you do to keep yourself on a steady scale, as long as you’re enjoying it and you find peace within then that should be enough. I usually take some time to find my inner peace whenever I feel highly anxious or if I feel that I have overworked myself, I take some time and focus on my mind and ways to stay mentally fit and ways to keep my mind calm yet busy.
Asking questions about yourself to discover who we are is a great exercise to self discovery. It is in the actual implementation of your goals, where the difficulty often lies as you have to change preconceived habits and transitions tend to be difficult. These are great categories to begin the journey and mindfulness, happiness, mental wellness, reflections, and assessments will bring you to a place where goals can be set to enable you to improve. Thank you for an article about the questions we need to ponder.
So glad you found this piece of article helpful.
