So many every day things can lead to insomnia and it’s really hard to find the right path towards getting ourselves into a good night rest. You’ve probably tried a lot of pharmaceutical things, but I’m here to talk to you about some home remedies for insomnia.

Keep in mind, just because they’re home remedies doesn’t mean that you make them at home yourself, but rather, they are things that you can have in your home as remedies for insomnia. We don’t always have the right things in our households, but what better than finding some good products and keeping them near you every day before you go to sleep? Yes! I agree that the product you are suggesting is a good product. I am a former sufferer of chronic insomnia (about 2 years ago). However, since I installed a gray curtain in my room, cooled the room 16 -18 Celcius, put aromatherapy or essential oil diffuser in the room, and no longer drink caffeine after 2 pm, my insomnia suddenly recovered. So that I can sleep better, have better quality and have better health.

Hello,

I’m particularly interested in the heated blanket. I’ve heard about it but I’ve never tried it. I’m in Canada and winters here can get brutally cold. I clicked on the link and I’m pleased to see that it doesn’t emit EMF’s and it automatically turns off by itself. 

I was going to ask you how to wash it but amazon provided the answer.
